3.1 Educational Programs and Structured Challenges

For multi-week educational programs and structured planning challenges, the following refund terms apply beyond the statutory withdrawal period:

  • Full refund if requested within fourteen days of purchase and before accessing more than twenty percent of program materials.
  • Partial refund of fifty percent if requested within fourteen to thirty days of purchase and before completing more than fifty percent of program content.
  • No refund after thirty days from purchase date or after completing more than fifty percent of program content, whichever occurs first.

3.2 Consulting and Guidance Sessions

For individually scheduled consulting and guidance sessions:

  • Full refund if cancellation is requested at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled session time.
  • Partial refund of fifty percent if cancellation is requested between twenty-four and forty-eight hours before the scheduled session.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than twenty-four hours before the session or for no-shows without prior notice.
  • If Ankleswyvibrant cancels or reschedules a session, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

3.3 Personalized Planning Resources

For customized planning templates and personalized organizational resources delivered digitally:

  • Full refund if requested within seven days of delivery and before downloading or accessing the customized materials.
  • No refund once customized materials have been delivered and accessed, as these are created specifically for individual clients.

3.4 Package Bundles

For bundled services combining multiple program elements, refund eligibility is calculated based on the component with the least favorable refund status among those already accessed or delivered.

We will acknowledge receipt of your refund request within three business days and provide a decision within fourteen business days. If your refund is approved, we will process the payment reversal within fourteen additional business days.

5. Refund Method and Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original transaction.

Please allow five to ten business days after we process the refund for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider processing times. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
